Stayed here with the wife as premier inn couldn’t accommodate us for the full week. I was pleasantly surprised as I don’t tend to stay at travelodges. Exactly what you’d expect for a budget hotel however it seems a bit more basic than what I was anticipating. Staff are lovely and the room was clean so done the job

Clean and tidy with helpful staff, however only one hand towel for two people, no floor mat, very slippy floor and steamy bathroom takes ages to clear. The main problem is the customers. Lots of stomping from upstairs and a strong smell of cannibis on floor two.

Stayed over one night to go shopping. Easy check in/check out. Room clean, no issues. Ticket to display on car for parking. On 3rd floor. Ate at Tony Macaronis downstairs, highly recommended. Would book a table as normally very busy.

Since last staying at the hotel they have removed the sofa an replaced with a single chair of which the plastic covering had burst in two or three places showing the webbing. No hair drier and no soap in the shower. The room was looking tired and extremely basic. Add in being woken before 6am with deliveries and reuse cart. I’ll be glad to get home.

Booked this for an overnight to break up a trip. The hotel is situated right by the big shopping centre and outlet village which was great. There isn't a hotel cafe but there is an independent resterant below but booking is advised as it was very busy at 430pm on a friday. Hotel was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfy. Have no problems with anything at all. Dean made check in super easy and was very helpful. Make sure you get a free voucher for your car to avoid any fees. There is a lift as it is a 4 story building. Will use this travelodge again in the near future.
