Description: Nestled in the heart of the amazing village of Woolacombe, The Jube is a real hidden gem. The pub itself is an ideal location to eat locally sourced delicious food and to find an amazing selection of wines, spirits, craft ales and beers, within beautiful surroundings. The Jube has been recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard. It displays real village pub charm with exposed brickwork and old timbers complemented by a running contemporary bar finish. The Jube is a must visit destination in North Devon’s Woolacombe. We are open all day, everyday, so you can join us for a coffee, quiet beer or hearty gourmet burger from the kitchen. Whatever the occasion we look forward to welcoming you.

We visited The Jube after a blustery rock-pooling walk around Barricane Beach. The kids loved following the signs and footprints through the alleyway leading there. There were 11 of us in all and we managed to sit at the large table just inside the entrance. There was loads of space for all of us and we could’ve fitted another 3 or 4 people around the table too. The menu was very straightforward with great descriptions of each dish. I chose the Dr JD burger and had the choice of chunky chips or french fries. The food came to the table within 15 minutes which was superb. The waitress who served us was friendly and efficient and asked us if we required any extras. There was a nice choice of local beers at the bar. One of our family group is a celiac and the chef was great at describing what he was able to offer gluten-free which was a lovely touch. I’d highly recommend this gem of a place (if you can find it ).

Visted here on our trip to woolacombe. Not been for a couple of years and were pleasantly surprised by the new refurb. It looks fantastic and as always there was a warm welcome we will return again.

So glad we came here. There was 8 of us in total 2 off them 11 years old, we also had our staffy with us. It was very busy but as promised they managed to get us a table. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating & helpful nothing was too much trouble. They also loved the dog who was very spoiled. The other customers in this pub were also very friendly not clicky in any way. Great atmosphere & nice food. Will definitely go back when we visit next year.
