It was walking distance from the suburban extended stay hotel where we stay.good food. Quick and generous waiter service. Quite ambient.

We wanted quick Mexican food. He had 3 beef tacos a la cart, the meat spice was ok. Just ok. I had a very small cup of chicken soup, with rice & avocado.

2 open padlocks in the tree and burro pots without plants.

Went to El Mexcal with my three co workers at least once a week for lunch. They have the best cheese dip and and I always get the shrimps quesadillas. I would tell all my friends to go there, wether it's lunch or dinner. The servers are also very nice.

Nice place to stop for a meal when you are in the mood for Mexican. Typical menu and reasonable cost. Don't tell them it's your birthday unless you want a whipped cream pie in your face!

The food didn't seem fresh and it wasn't very tasty. Staff was fine and service was good. Perhaps ok for a simple lunch taco. But if you are looking for quality handmade mexican dishes, go elsewhere.
