It was a cool afternoon but we still enjoyed getting cones. She was out of dipping sauce this day but still offered it in a dish which was even better. Nice chunk of chocolate at the bottom. :) Everything was fresh and good and the service quick and pleasant. Very fairly priced.

Our favorite snack shack. If you are anywhere near the Marsh or the inlet you need to get ice cream. Don’t be afraid of the line. The service is quick. There’s plenty of parking, but no restrooms.

Many varieties and options to choose from. As long as it’s a soft serve. The Sand Marsh is excellent. As is their mint chocolate chip. My personal favorite is their milk shakes!

Took our Golf cart here after dinner because everyone raves about this place. When we got there, the place looked packed with families. The locals are right. Situated across from Bovines ( an other great place) on the Marsh Walk this little place makes and serves GREAT Soft Ice Cream. I had a mix (Vanilla/ Chocolate) Cone dipped in Cherry covering. My nephew had the Sundae. They did not disappoint. Highly recommended this place when you're in the are.

This place is so good!! It is just a little tiny place. It only has Chocolate and Vanilla soft serve, but it has lots of toppings and sundae options. The dipped cones are my favorite!! There’s usually always a line of people waiting. There are a few picnic tables to sit at if you want to hang out and eat your ice cream there.
