This is a fantastic B&B, with gorgeous detailed victorian master craftsmanship, beautiful antiques, fireplaces adding charming ambience, and delicious breakfasts. It's like taking a trip back in time, but with all the modern amenities of a jacuzzi tub, super comfortable bed, and convenient city locale. What a gem!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast... Took my future wife here for our one year and 11 month anniversary. If your looking for a nice and quiet place to relax with a great and old rusic atmosphere. This is the place, I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.. And p.s. please book direct with them.

Thanks Jeremy Payne

What a venue to hold a baby shower!!! The Inn is gorgeous! The sunroom was beautiful. The food was delicious. A fantastic time was had by all. Andrew Lombardi, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helped me to plan this event with ease. I highly recommend Edgewood Manor Inn for an event. Check out the photos on the website the rooms are beautiful!!!

My boyfriend, and now fiancé and I, stayed at this B&B for my birthday this past week, it was an amazing experience. Perfect location for going into providence for dinner or just a night out. The manor is beautifully decorated and the rooms are outstanding. Andy gave us our keys upon arrival and we didn’t see much of him till the next morning at breakfast, when we came down the stairs we had orange juice waiting for us at the table. We stayed in the Samuel priest room and it was unbelievable; fireplace, jacuzzi, and huge comfortable bed. Everything got even better when my then boyfriend proposed while we were settling in after our night out. Andy made us an amazing breakfast the next morning to help us celebrate! We will absolutely be back to celebrate more of our engagement and future wedding!!

I stayed for 11 days in this wonderful manor which is in a very safe area on the Cranston/Providence line in RI. I had such a hard time deciding which room I wanted as each had their own nuance within a comfortable setting w.some including fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs. I stayed in the 'Colonial' room, but was tempted as well to try the 'Victorian' room. Nice, clean and quiet, spacious rooms, with a lovely living room and dining areas. There is parking on site(free) and a fridge in each room. You are provided with an easy door (access)code and keys that a 10 year old could figure out. The breakfasts were delicious served in a large Victorian style dining room, I will return, wonderful experience and Andrew was a friendly and kind host.

Room tip: Every room has windows, so there are nice views of the beautiful grounds

Douglas it was wonderful having you here at the inn for 11 nights and wish you could have stayed longer . You were a tremendous amount of fun at breakfast and kept the crowd entertained for sure. We can’t wait till you return my friend …… the pleasure is all ours.
