Nice and cozy. Friendly service! Clean and what else to ask for...? First time to Kiama, highly recommended. Just beside the park and wonderful views all around. This time of the year, the weather is fantastic!

This place is in an ideal location, essentially in the middle of town, with a great outlook, comfortable rooms and helpful people. Our room was clean with a very comfortable king size bed and looking out onto a leafy garden.

This is a great quality hotel that is in a fantastic location right near the beaches and a few minutes walk from the shops on the Main Street. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

We had a family room with two twins, and a queen bed. The room was large and elongated to accommodate the bed space. It worked well and didn’t feel cramped. The linen was good quality and the beds were comfortable.

There were kitchenette facilities with a microwave and small fridge. No coffee machine, so either make do with the horrible instant coffee provided, or nip out to one of the plentiful cafes available within a short walk away.

Good sized bathrooms, with large showers. I did feel the bathrooms could have done with a deep clean.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the sea, and parks. It’s great for kids as the path by the beach is flat and perfect for scooters.

The bar area is good. I used the gym facilities in the basement, and these were very comprehensive.

All in all, it’s what you’d expect from an Accor property in this grade.
