Walk around these markets and get a taste of the local produce! While you walk enjoy the local music and the friendly locals who always want to stop and talk.

This market is the fresh produce one on Thursday mornings (not the weekend market, there's another entry for that.
Great local produce, blue berries by the bucket, local bananas (Bananaman), local apples, fresh bread, sprouts, tomatos, root vegetables and tropical fruit when in season.
Also great local musos- usually one at each end, somewhere to get coffee / fresh juice and breakfast/brunch too.

I would recommend everyone who is in Byron Bay on the Thursday morning to go and have breakfast at this farmers market. It's cheaper than eating at the cafes but you still get amazing food and drinks. Make sure you try the smoothies. Plus there was a stall selling loads of fresh cakes which were delicious. Despite it's diminutive size (it is much smaller than the Saturday market by the beach) there were still 4 areas with tables and chairs to eat and two buskers so it's great to sit and listen to music.

This was a great morning spent buying fresh produce and enjoying s fresh juice. This market is so lovely, it makes us wish we had this sort of market at home. Everything was so fresh from
The veggies to the meat and they offered food stalls there.
We would recommend to all!

I stumbled across the market yesterday and it was a fabulous find. A lovely atmosphere to wander around; great live music (Juzzie Smith was an excellent find!) The produce is delicious - best blueberries, tomatoes and avocado I've had for a long time!
