Couldn't find the power point beside the large bed for my sleep apnea machine, we had a good look. I slept in the single bed despite the sign $10 extra charge for use (never seen that before) only to use power point. Manager still charged us extra despite us being honest about it and with what I thought was an adequate reason for medical reasons. Manager said the power point was in an obvious place however it wasn't. Thought it was mean spirited so won't return for that reason.

We spent 4 days here in the first week of January. The location and the room were just perfect - the room was so clean I think nobody had ever stayed there before!!! It was a generous size with all the facilities listed and a bit more. Perfect location for accessing the whole community, beaches and fishing. Sadly, we had several interactions with Don, the manager, who was rude and aggressive. It so let the place down. Other guests mentioned the same problem, and that without being asked! Don obviously doesn't enjoy his role - contrasted with the cleaning lady who was friendly and couldn't help us enough. We were paying TOP rates for peak season, and for that we did think we could expect some courtesy.
Our room was very clean, everything was functional and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were well maintained, ample parking and the location was perfect. The manager was friendly, prompt and very helpful. We'd be happy to stay there again.
We stayed in your motel on our way to Melbourne for 2 nights room was spotlessly clean , great location opposite the marina , friendly staff ,well worth the money...will absolutely stay again.... Thank you

Beautiful decor with lamps a lovely touch and well maintained. Huge soft towels and great shower.
Undercover parking on some units
Only stayed one night on a road trip down the South Coast. As seasoned travelers this property would have to rank as one of the cleanest and well kept motels we have stayed in. The room was spacious and had all you could ask for. The only one downside for us was that the bed was a tad firm but other than that would certainly stay again when in the area. Property was next door to the country club and across the road from the harbor.
