The experience was otherwise fine, but two out of three nights I got woken up by sudden and unexpected fire alarms (besides the regular fire alarm tests on the day I didn’t get woken up at night). This completely ruined my sleep and my experience at the hotel. Also, the “ultimate” wifi which was a paid service was so unstable that it took me half an hour to complete my payment.

Modern and clean, terminal 4 tube was closed but the bus stops out front of the hotel to hatton cross so it was easy to get into the city. Not the hotels fault but we had noisy neighbors 3 out of 4 nights and the internet, we paid for ultimate WiFi and it kept kicking us off which was annoying! Otherwise, great stay as always and love costa coffee in the lobby!

Absolutely horribly two nights sleep. Whistle appears on the whole 6th floor. It’s very annoying as it comes and goes. When we reported it to reception they explained it’s when people take showers. So you can imagine how many times a night : morning your hear this. Secondly fire alarm goes off at 7.45am no explanation whether it’s real or not and then suddenly stops. Thirdly pay for a meal deal and you then get a reduced menu with lots of items not available. We cancelled our second night and ate away from the hotel even running the risk of having to pay £20 parking as the car park gills up very quickly.

Never staying in this hotel ever again even if it was free. Sleep in your car.

We took our grandchildren to legoland and we wanted to treat them to a stay in a hotel for the first time and we were not disappointed . We had 2 rooms next to each other . Couldn’t hear a thing from the airport . Staff were so helpful and welcoming !

I have used Premier Inn hotels for many years and know what to expect. Clean rooms and bathrooms, a reasonably priced restaurant and bar, along with a decent breakfast.
The restaurant/breakfast area was quite large and was surprised to find out during my first evening you had to reserve a table for breakfast, never has this happened before in a Premier Inn.
The check-in and some of the check-in staff were very unhelpful, to give me a room as requested both on booking and confirmation by telephone, this took twenty minutes of arguing before the manager intervened and gave me what I wanted.
When all hotels at Heathrow are back open again, this will be very low on my choice of hotel in the future.
