A new hotel with a great location and free parking. Friendly welcome at check in. Really pleased to see a member of staff rather than just self service. Room was lovely as you would expect from a new Premier Inn and we didn't have a bath just a larger shower which suited us very well as a couple. Big negative for us was the room temperature. We have the lowest setting on the air conditioning but with no opening windows the room remained stuffy. We both woke several times during the night as it was far too hot!! This resulted in us both feeling very tired when we left. We did mention this at checkout and was told that the temporature could have been adjusted - bit too late for us on checking out unfortunately.

Room Tip: Rooms above the restuarant may have a view.

3 of us stayed for 2 nights in this lovely new hotel just before the Easter weekend. Still smells new! Great location right on the seafront, ideal for walking either towards Sewerby Hall or down into the Town. Thank you to receptionists, Sophie, Roxy and Robert, all a real credit to the hotel – professional, friendly and efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable, bed and pillows amazing and we heard no noise whatsoever from any other room – best night’s sleep for a long time. Shower pressure not as good as other Premier Inns, but ok.

We didn’t eat in the attached restaurant but it always looked busy and was obviously very popular. Free car parking was good during our stay but maybe at busier times, it could be a little difficult. According to the parking attendant, there are 82 rooms and 80 parking spaces? And the restaurant and car park is also open to non-residents and operates as a pay and display.

We were blessed with decent weather and had a great break. Recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Well it’s a good job they have a goodnight guarantee that’s for sure. Couldn’t get in the restaurant after having to go find out for myself after check in.
To say it’s a new building, we could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and the one upstairs had a herd of elephants staying in it. Windows don’t open so air in all night and that’s not good for the chest of an asthmatic. Breakfast was a great range but Luke warm when it arrived. Overall not the best premier inn I’ve stayed in.

The new premier inn is first rate. Staff are positive friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. Good breakfast and prompt service. Parking was not a problem which makes things a lot easier. Would recommend

As you might expect in a new hotel the rooms were in great condition and the breakfast staff very helpful.
All my previous stays at Premier inn's around the country the breakfast was a buffet but here they take your order and bring your breakfast to you this took 15 minutes. You get your own drinks and toast but by the time the breakfast arrived the toast was cold and if you wait until you get the breakfast before you make your toast your breakfast gets cold.
This said the breakfast was up to Premier inn's great quality. But lets have a buffet.
