We booked online as recommended by the desk. The cost is really reasonable and the splash area is absolutely fantastic. 4 levels of slides, suitable from toddler to grown up. The childrens pool and splash area is warm and there is a larger pool just for swimming, including lanes for serious swimmers.

On arrival we got our wrist bands from the book online desk and joined the queue for our time slot. The changing rooms, lockers and showers are good too. Would definitely recommend for families.

Thanks for taking the time to pass on your views.

You don't have to book to swim, it is however highly recommended to book online as we are an extremely busy centre during the holidays and weekends, booking online has to be done at least the day before your chosen time to visit so that we can get all online sales processed on the day leaving us a balance to sell over the till for people that haven't chosen to book online.

The online booking system has been in more or less since we opened, it's advertised on our website, Facebook page, in the centre and anyone who calls is advised to book online.

We are limited to user numbers in the pools and unfortunately this means that we do sell out for the entire day during our busy times.

I took 4 children swimming, for lunch in the cafe and then to clip n climb. It was extremely good value at around £50 for all activities for the day, including lunch for 5 of us. The pool was very busy as you'd expect on a wet, cold day in the school holidays but the slides were great fun for children and adults alike.

I found all staff at the centre very welcoming and friendly. The lady behind reception was particularly helpful in directing me to a local shopping centre as my son had forgotten his trunks! The climbing wall instructors were encouraging and appeared interested in the children. We will return (hopefully on a quieter day).

It’s the second time we have visited this swimming pool, I have two children, 7 and 2, and they both absolutely love it. They find the giant bucket hilarious, love spraying the Water jets and we all can’t get enough of the slides.
It was very busy this half term but I think it is well managed and there were always changing rooms available.
There are two little downsides, it can be quite cold in the splash zone if you aren’t actually laid down in the water although the kids running around don’t seem to notice. The other thing is the size
If the lockers, they’re tiny! Especially when you have a family of 4 with winter coats and shoes! We used 3 lockers .
You get your Money back for the parking which is great staff were helpful and polite. Really enjoyable day well worth the journey from Hull.
