I was very impressed with the staff, very friendly and the room was very clean. The location was perfect for dining, shopping and convenience. I will definitely stay there again when traveling to Cleveland.

While I have no complaints about the Hotel itself, I do have a complaint about the shuttle service. The shuttle was clean and the drivers were pleasant. The problem was they made us wait 50 minutes, outside on a cool evening. After a long trip, the last thing you need is o wait for a ride back to your car. The amount of time we waited was totally insane! The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport! We called twice and were assured they were on their way...both times. But they weren't.
The hotel even had our flight information, so as to expect us...along with 2 phone calls.

The staff of the hotel is really nice. However, it’s obvious upon arrival the place is quite dinged up. Exterior stucco is bubbled all over and there are holes and chunks taken out of the building. Doesn’t get any better inside. Bubbled and scratched wallpaper, stained carpet, chipped trim, chipped furniture, stained sofa and chairs with rips in the upholstery, cracks in the ceiling. I was afraid to sit anywhere except the bed, which I checked for bedbugs. Fortunately, the bed was clean and comfortable.

This isn’t a 3 1/2 star hotel. Might be a three star if it was in good condition.
