The climbing was excellent a wide varity of climbs and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

However, the additional charges for the drop slide and towers I felt were excessive as was the cost of the food £10 for a pizza that will fit on a dinner plate!

My son visited here recently with his Beavers team. It was during an evening so it wasn't noisy or over crowded. There was lots for them to do and my son said it was great. He liked there were different activities that ranged from easy to challenging and he felt a great sense of personal achievement when he completed the challenging activities. It is all indoors so would make a great rainy day activity.

We booked a slot for our sons seventh birthday for a Saturday afternoon and what great fun they had.
Starts with a briefing on safety but all with a video to help for the younger ones.
Then it's off to the walls. With numerous designs and difficulties there are walls for all.
Adults can follow their kids around but all the clipping is done by their staff, whish is great. Our 4 year old felt particularly safe with a young man on a couple of walls and the staff did their best to encourage him to go higher and higher.
There is a small cafe with reasonable priced food and drink and if you book a full party they can cater for these with dedicated seating as well.
Plenty of staff helping so even with a busy afternoon no one is kept waiting to long to be clipped in. Must mention the system for the ropes, with a special pulley even if/when you fall it just lowers you to the ground slowly even for adults so no danger to injury.
Absolutely great place and will definitely visit again.

We visited as part of a large group, children of various ages with different learning disabilities, however this did not hold them back. Intresting concept as once they are kitted out they can choose what they want to climb and raise their hand to signal to the marshal that they need assistance to be attached to the wall. Lots of marshals around to assist.
There is refreshments available but very limited and expensive. If i was to visit again i would give that a miss.

Took kids aged 7,10,11 & 13. Everyone loved it and had a great time, plus a good workout!
Love the fact that they manage to balance fun, safety, variety and varying ability all in the same experience.
Each time we have been there have been new climbs to try and some very kind helpful staff (especially the tall red-haired guy and the friendly dark-haired woman who met us at reception).
Even though there were parties taking place, no-one felt overwhelmed or crowded out.
Coffee from the cafe is only average but there’s plenty of other things on offer.
