There is nothing we can really add to the previous reviews. You don’t get a review score like this without offering a first class product. Having been involved in the hospitality business in the past you look out for all the faults and there were none. Best advice we can give is just to book ASAP, and that’s the best recommendation we can give.
If you want peace and the countryside then this is the B&B to stay. Debbie and Lily are the perfect hosts. The accommodation is absolutely pristine - have never stayed anywhere so clean. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
It has beautifully appointed rooms with everything you need in a peaceful setting. We loved having breakfast whilst looking out over the countryside and the farm animals. It is ideally located for catching the ferry from Portsmouth.
Excellent place to stay exceptionally clean throughout the property staff very professional and helpful the rooms had everything you needed and more and the breakfast are simply the best highly recommend it

We visited Fishbourne Roman Palace and Weald Downland living museum (The Repair shop)
Emsworth and Bosham for walks.
Very personable informative host.
Plenty of tea/ coffee hot chocolate and delicious brownies.
We booked due to so many good reviews and it beat all expectations.
