The attention to detail is beyond what you would expect. Breakfast was faultless. The host was clearly out to please and provide the best experience possible for guests. The location is tucked out the way but right on the edge of town so near enough to a wide choice of varied and good places to eat. Especially the Italian restaurant Nicolinoss!
A quiet and peaceful location with beautiful views of the livestock in the paddocks. The most delicious eggs fresh from the Dairies own chickens. Lovely large room, airy and spotlessly clean. Great shower and nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfy and met with my high expectations. Absolutely recommend and will stay again when in the area.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and lovely farm animals, it’s the prefect place to relax.
The breakfast is another huge plus as it always very fresh and tasty.

I have been staying at the Old Dairy Farm, on a regular basis for many years now, and never had any complaints or problems, Beautiful quite setting away from the hustle, and Emsworth has some really good restaurants to enjoy.
Highly recommended.
