A fantastic place to stay that is spotlessly clean and great value for money.
Debbie is so welcoming and I cannot recommend this place enough.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside and lovely farm animals, it’s the prefect place to relax.
The breakfast is another huge plus as it always very fresh and tasty.

I have been staying at the Old Dairy Farm, on a regular basis for many years now, and never had any complaints or problems, Beautiful quite setting away from the hustle, and Emsworth has some really good restaurants to enjoy.

Welcoming hosts, beautifully curated rooms with everything spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, plus chocolate brownies! Very quiet, rural location within a 15 minute country lane walk of two village pubs and restaurants.
We chose the Old Dairy Farm based on Trip Advisor reviews and found it lived up to expectations.
Communications from Debbie, the owner, were excellent and provided directions on how to reach the B&B and information on local restaurants and things of interest.
The B&B is approached over a gravelled farm track which takes you past the Yurts and livestock fields. The moment you walk in the front door you can see how immaculate the accommodation is maintained. Our room was superb with a large comfortable bed, lovely pillows and towels and a range of refreshments.
Breakfast was excellent with really good quality produce.
Debbie is a lovely host and makes you feel most welcome.
We would definitely stay again if we found ourselves looking for an overnight stop in the area.
