I have been staying at the Old Dairy Farm, on a regular basis for many years now, and never had any complaints or problems, Beautiful quite setting away from the hustle, and Emsworth has some really good restaurants to enjoy.
Highly recommended.

We chose the Old Dairy Farm based on Trip Advisor reviews and found it lived up to expectations.
Communications from Debbie, the owner, were excellent and provided directions on how to reach the B&B and information on local restaurants and things of interest.
The B&B is approached over a gravelled farm track which takes you past the Yurts and livestock fields. The moment you walk in the front door you can see how immaculate the accommodation is maintained. Our room was superb with a large comfortable bed, lovely pillows and towels and a range of refreshments.
Breakfast was excellent with really good quality produce.
Debbie is a lovely host and makes you feel most welcome.
We would definitely stay again if we found ourselves looking for an overnight stop in the area.

Outstanding room with a little extra touch! Gorgeous view of farmland and forest! Breakfast was serene! Outstanding Hostess and beautiful location. Spotless, and just luxury! Will definitely be staying again!

We stayed for one night at the Old Lodge and it far exceeded our expectations. They have done a beautiful job tastefully decorating whilst keeping it really comfortable and cosy, lots of lovely thoughtful touches as well. We only stayed for a night but we happily would have stayed for far longer as it was well equipped for a longer stay. We would recommend the Old Lodge to anyone planning a trip to Emsworth and surrounding areas - you will not be disappointed!

The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed, towels, soap etc with some nice personal touches too.
The breakfast was delicious, I'd go back just for that!
It's a little hidden away but a lovely location. Nice to see the animals outside too.
