We learned to make Pollo encacahuate (Chicken with Peanut sauce) and received the receipt via email. It's not what you think...(not anything like a Thai peanut sauce). We'll be making this again and again!!! Linda was so kind...we couldn't get a Uber so she arranged a taxi for us and we got to the class right on time. Bonnie responded to our website reservation request in lighting speed and the sour-chef de cuisine was so nice and helpful! They are a great team.
