My wife and attended the cooking class the second to the last day we were in Ajijic Mexico. We really goofed, we should have come on the first day to really understand the food, customs, and marvelous textures and tastes of this amazing town. LINDA is amazing, I was the only male in the class. Everything was easy to understand the cooking part very easy and the food was world class. 10 out of 10 loved the food, information and Chef Linda thanks Dan

We had the best time with a group of 8 at AbueLinda’s cooking class. We learned so much about Mexican Cuisine and culture. We had fun chopping and grilling the ingredients and learning about local Mexican foods. We would highly recommend Abuelinda’s classes. Great food, and a great way to learn about it.

The two of us were in Ajijic for 10 nights. We took part in 2 of Abuelinda's cooking classes. She is a great ambassador for local foods/cooking traditions. She took the "MYSTERY out of MOLE"!! We particularly enjoyed the guided tour of the Wednesday Ajijic Street Market.."Tianguis". A good idea to inquire & book before you arrive in town, as her classes are in great demand...and worth it!!

I do not have my home ready yet, and I wanted to give a small party of about 20 folks to thank them for their help in moving to Mexico. I reached to Linda with some ideas of a menu, and she was so easy to work with, and we came up with a splendid plan within my budget. The party was held in a beautiful garden of a local restaurant (Loves and Fishes on Constitucion 14), with everything we agreed on, plus some nice surprises. Best Sangria ever, lovely fruit salad, bean salad, pork tenderloin bruschetta, and guac and chips. Plus citrus and raspberry tea. We could NOT be more pleased!
