I was passing through Ajax on my way to Peterborough yesterday and I stopped in to this Tims to get a coffee, This is a very busy location not far off the 401 and I needed a break from the horrible traffic on the eastbound 401. The coffee was good and the service was fast all things considered. Stop in if you need a break.

This Tims is the best for quick and always friendly service, coffee always taste great too. Anytime of the day I can expect great service and coffee.

Unfortunately, all Timmies are no longer the same as they were bought out and new cost saving has been implemented and now lacking. The employees are concerned and a little miffed as well as they are the ones who have to explain these changes and why simple things like the cafe mocha are no longer enjoyable unless you remember to ask for the whipped cream, the chocolate sprinkles gone and now we are left with the basic. This Timmies has a lot of nice people working there and seems to have fewer mishaps and is very busy most times of the day.

Fast drive through, fast eat in, fast take out too!

This is my go to Tom Horton's, service is good and I find it better than most locations. Staff are always friendly. My only suggestion would be to enforce the loitering rules, there are even customers here that sleep on the tables.
