Will not find a better cafe anywhere. Delicious grilled pork wrap, excellent coffee and great collection of cakes. Open on Sunday. Friendly staff

Last Saturday we were in Ipswich and were looking for lunch. We found St Shoebill as we drove along Brisbane Street. It looked great and we parked and entered. Great Covid 19 precautions.
Very polite and pleasant welcome. Nice table. Easy and relaxed environment.
Fantastic and inspiring casual dining. Fast and efficient.
However: why were we happy? I had potato rosti, always a tricky option especially as a dish rather than a side. Amazing. It seemed the potato was shredded by hand. Fabulous flavors. Amazing hollandaise - I am sure freshly made.
The final touch was a double shot short latte! If time had permitted I would have had cake. Next time!
