Great location! Few minutes walk to the left side, you'll be at the Panublion museum, Roxas City Bandstand and Bridge. To the right of the hotel is the City Mall and some restaurants/bar.
The room is clean as well as the restroom. The TV is small and every time I turn it off and on the picture is gone. I have to call the reception to fix it.

I have been staying in this hotel every time I get to visit Roxas, ever since November 2014.. It is conveniently located near malls, a hospital, a school, a bank and the airport. The rooms are always clean, the hot and cold shower is always working. Even for a deluxe room, you get a very spacious room. They don't have a restaurant though, but they offer snacks in the reception area. They also don't have an elevator, but the rooms are on the third floor only, so it is not that a big deal. The staff are very friendly, as well.
Clean and comfy room, very convenient and near bars and malls.
Service must be improve and staff should be friendly to the guest.

Recommended place to stay due to location which is near Baybay where you can have sumptous seafood meals, the malls and downtown where you can easily tour the city. They have friendly staff, wifi access, clean big rooms and beds and of course budget friendly. If you are a backpacker and would want an overnight or two stay in Roxas City, this is the hotel for you.
