I had an awesome stay at the resort. Everything was perfect and the breakfast was delish. 10/10 i must say. The pool was great and they also have this small lake which was a good view while we were having breakfast. Plus they have really pretty FD officers. Esp the one with the short hair. :)

The resort was the nicest in the area so we gave it a go. The rooms were nice and big. The family room can house more than 6. And wifi was included with acoomodations. Ameneties were great. But service was horrible. There was chaos during checkin because the staff were very unprepared to handle the surge of guests plus a wedding during the long weekend season. We got checked in an hour late at 3 pm. As we are a family of 5, we wanted to ask for extra mugs and some spoons to have some hot drinks in. There were 3 mugs in the room and we wanted 2 more but upon calling front desk, they very rudely told us that it was raining and they wont be able to reach our room. We called again when the rain stopped and they told us borrowing mugs have an extra charge. We didnt even get the spoons to stir our coffees!

In the morning, we had to catch a boat going to Gigantes island so we asked them if buffet really starts at 6am. And they said it was. We got there at exactly 6 in the morning and the place was empty. Nothing was prepared yet. No rice, no coffee, no juice, no nothing. The server even told us to just go back later. We told them that we reminded them last night thar we had to be early. Food started at quarter past six and by that time we were late already.

Please improve service. A nice looking resort is nothing without prompt, polite staff!

We stayed for a night as we have enjoyed our stay before. This place is really relaxing especially their infinity pool and location of breakfast. I could have rate excellent however when i asked for late check out for at least an hour, they immediately told me that hotel is fully booked. Hmmm im a hotelier too, considering im a repeat guest they should have considered, im sure they could play around with room blockings. Anyway, i will definitely come back and hopefully my request will be granted next time

Stayed here with a friend last July 2016. And it was okay. I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are really great. They did their job. From front desk to room service and other staffs.They are very hospitable and efficient. They are charming too. The resort is clean and well maintained. Our room is spacious and clean. Wifi connection is excellent. Infinity pool is perfect for relaxation. Breakfast buffet is amazing. And just across the resort are many seafood restaurants. Very delicious and very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Stayed there on a Thursday up to Saturday, there were groups having conventions but it's ok since the place is quite big like a village. We reserved a family suite that comfortably housed 5adults and 3young kids, reasonably priced with buffet breakfast. They have free airport pick up and drop off. Staff are hospitable. The housekeeping service is efficient. The only turn off was during our first breakfast we arrived past 7am and they did not replenish the fruits anymore considering that breakfast is served 6-10am. Areas for improvement would be the road going to their lobby, it's not concrete yet so it's dusty when there's no rain and muddy when raining. I would also suggest that they setup a suggestion box and a pick up assistance for guests staying far from the lobby so checking out will be hassle free. Toiletries should also be replaced automatically.
