We booked the Shindig cabin for our COVID getaway. It's rustic, quiet, and amazing. If you're looking for a spa with valet parking, this isn't it. However, if you're looking for peace & quiet with amazing mountain views and customer service that respects your privacy- this is it.
Tracey was great and her home cooked dinner a amazing! Who knew tomato pie could be so tasty! Would definitely come back!

The real mountain life experience! This place is very rustic and peaceful! My husband and I stayed for an entire week. The weekends were more busy but during the week the Lodge was almost just for ourselves. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The Lodge is a family business and they make you feel as part of the family. No WiFi and not TV in the bedroom which was perfect with us. Breakfast was delicious! The back porch is BREATHTAKING!! We absolutely Love It! We can't wait to go back.

This place is quaint, friendly & peaceful and the food is out of this world! We had a very peaceful retreat and the hostesses were the best! The history of the lodge is fascinating and the hospitality cannot be spoken more highly. Would definitely recommend a visit, especially if Ginger is cooking her Saturday night meal.

Room tip: the rooms in the actual lodge are standard, but there are 2 cabins that have more room and allow pets.

Visiting this place was like coming home. The service was excellent and they served an amazing country home cooked meal. The views were spectacular. Always a pleasure visiting with these folks. Continental breakfast provided in the morning. A choice of a room with a view of the mountains or a cabin in the woods.
