It's been a while since my husband and I have been able to dine at NanaSteak. They stay pretty booked when there's a show at DPAC, which is what brings us to Durham... NanaSteak is still just as amazing as our previous visits a year ago. The menu choices are broad for most tastes and the portions are very good.
I usually take leftovers out the door. I would like to say that I don't recommend eating such a fine leftover steak with a spork. It just seems wrong. However, when you forget to pack proper utensils in your lunchbag, you do what you have to do. My reheated filet and sweet potato/plum gratin were still just as wonderful the second time around. I was very pleased that the steak was still so tender that I could use a spork and plastic knife to eat it.
