This restaurant has been a Westfield favorite for many decades I ordered the Seafood Fra Diablo which came with a salad. The balsamic dressing was excellent. The entree was also a hit. Just the right amount of spicy, with lots of seafood and shrimp over perfectly cooked linquini. My husband had a chicken special, also a delicious meal. The couple we went with had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. Not a bite left on the plate. Tender and moist fish. Spaghetti with meatballs was next, another hit. Also tried the clam chowder, yummy. The decor is a bit dated, but it was an enjoyable time. There is a full bar, and the desserts were looking good, but we were too full. It's a casual atmosphere, and you can eat in the bar if you like. I look forward to eating here again.

after looking at their FB page we couldn't wait to eat there. what a mistake! there was only one other table when we arrived. we ordered soup and stuffed mushrooms to start, lobster bisque was ok but sweet? we hadent finished our salads when server came running out with our meals. it was homecoming night and wanted to feed us before they started with a table of 12 kids. that could have been ok but she ignored us from then on. we had seen homemade desserts on the menu and wanted to try them. after eating half of our meals we sat there over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement. I wanted a second ice tea didn't happen. she finally said she would be right back with our check, never questioned why we had only eaten half our meals, no offer of a box. I had to ask as she was running away. she left to take an order, after delivering their drinks (10 min.) she brought 2 small salad size boxes and the check. we ended up leaving our cash laying on the table with only the change as a tip, there was no visible checkout area and she didn't come back. I was in the service industry for years and understand the stresses but this goes beyond. we were looking forward to this dinner and the evening was ruined. fortunately there are other better places to eat in Westfield.

The food was delicious. Three of our group had the lobster bisque and I had the French onion. Then three of us had the salmon special and one had the lasagna. While the food was delicious, presentation was lacking. Additionally, our server kept our glasses full and we did not have to wait long for food, though she did not seem to grasp that we were not in a hurry, so she tended to rush things a little. Overall, delicious and reasonably priced.

Really enjoyed dining here. Good service, great food, nice atmosphere.Owner is the chef. Very Gluten Friendly as well!!! I had the fresh catch which was grilled Walleye. The way they cook the vegetables is great, as well. Delicious grilled Brussel sprouts and also grilled asparagus.

We stopped here on a beautiful summer Saturday night, which may have been why there were so few people here. Our service was quick and courteous, and our first few courses were wonderful.

We split an order of bruschetta with cheese which was delicious and had plenty to share. We also split a cup of outstanding lobster and crab bisque, which was probably worth the drive alone. The red pepper dressing on the salad was a little on the thick side but had a great flavor. Things unraveled a bit with the main course: I ordered the seafood fra diablo but didn't verify the type of seafood. The shrimp in the dish was fine - not over or under cooked and it was tasty, but the dish also contained imitation crab which just didn't work. The imitation crab has a bit of an off texture normally, and once included in the slightly pasty (but not very spicy) tomato sauce it wasn't great. The hubs had veal parm and wasn't in love with the sauce either. Neither of us hated it, but wished we had ordered differently.

The carrot cake was a wonderful finish though - it was so good the hubs ordered a piece to go! This restaurant is about 40 miles from our home, and I don't think I'd make a special trip to go back, but we did enjoy ourselves overall and would probably stop if we were in the area again.
