This B&B is super lovely ! If one day I have my own B&B, I would like to have something like this one. It is very homely, cosy and welcoming. Great attention to details and to what makes a difference. Super yummy homemade breakfast.

Lanterns offers a beautiful location and accomodation without fuss or bother. Serge was a great host who provided our needs without over doing things.

The town of is a short walk away with a good selection of restaurants. The walk to the beach and national park is even closer and wonderful.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was so much better than staying at one of the usual hotels that we often stay at. To start with Serge the host was there to greet us and show us how things ran at his place.
The good part of this establishment is that the hosts’ living accommodation is completely separate from the guests and each guest can be separate from each other. There is a bell to press to summons help and a phone number is displayed for assistance.
The setting of the establishment is lovely. Guests have use of their own patio and the rooms are delightful. Guests also have the use of a truely beautiful lounge area. We would recommend this place and hope to stay again.

We really enjoyed our quiet restful stay.We received a warm welcome from Serge on our arrival and was shown to our lovely room with small patio.
Lanterns Retreat at Dunsborough is in the perfect vicinity for exploring the area and the Margaret River Wineries.

We highly recommend the lanterns retreat! The location is perfect, a few hundred metres to the beach, a leisurely 15 min walk into town and in the quieter, residential area of “old dunsborough”.

Our room was large, tastefully decorated, had high quality linen, a comfortable bed and French doors which looked out into the pool and garden. We took our bottle of wine and platter outside and sat in the lcommunal garden area each night. A gas BBQ, large dining table, lovely gardens and pool make the outdoor area a cut above the rest.

Serge was a wonderful, warm host. I loved the thoughtful extras in the bathroom and the honesty box for chocolates, snacks and wine. We will definitely be back to this wonderful B and B.
