While camping at Riverforest Campgrounds, and after a 5+ hour drive, we decided to give Corrado's a try. We weren't disappointed. We ordered a French onion soup to share, and 2 orders of breaded haddock. Though the soup was just a little salty for our tastes, the haddock was spot on. The breading was just a dusting, it wasn't greasy, and cooked to perfection, moist and flaky. It was served with our choice of potatoes, and a side of coleslaw that we both agreed was very good. According to our waitress, it's prepared with a splash of pineapple juice which we found pleasing. We'd definitely eat there again.
