We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and were so impressed that we took our friends here for dinner less than a week later. For our first dining experience, I enjoyed very tender rack of lamb with a delicious gravy as well as mint jelly. The rice pilaf was light and delicious- more than I could eat with the substantial number of lamb chops. The lamb was very lean and tender. My husband thought highly of his eggplant Parmesan which is a favorite entree for him. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The hot homemade bread has the perfect light crust and soft interior. The soup and salad are included with an entree and were both delicious. The salad has a delicious variety of salad greens. The second time we went, I enjoyed the Atlantic salmon. The portion was so large that I took ¾ of it home. My husband ate both of his portions of chicken scaloppine and our friends enjoyed linguine with clam sauce. They asked for some clams in their shells to be included which was granted for a small additional price. The servings were so generous we didn’t have room for dessert. Next time, we will split an entree and add a second soup and salad so we can have room for dessert. Our waitress was as nice and attentive as our waiter had been - excellent, friendly service. There is a view of a lovely flower garden to enjoy and I got a kick out of the foxes on the chandeliers. The decor is charming. There are some excellent paintings of foxes. It is
quiet for conversation. We’ll be back!
