Pleasant owner. AC works well if you use the clips to hold back the curtains. Lots of green space for your dog. Screen door was nice.
Easy to access off highway; a short drive from downtown.
Wi-Fi gave disconnection notices but still seemed to work fine. Basic breakfast sufficed.

We were visiting my daughter for 10 days and sleeping on an air mattress. Our backs and sanity were on fire. Popped into this place and was greeted by very friendly owner/staff. Booked room and was elated the place was really clean. The price was very very reasonable and we were allowed our little fur baby with us. Coffee was delicious but didn't eat breakfast. It looked decent though. Refrigerator was a nice size. On a busy road but we didnt hear any of it. We will stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such nice hospitality to the owner/staff.
We booked a room here through booking.com. Their policy states that if you have to cancel less than 24 hours you can submit a request to have your date changes but might be charged a fee. I called the hotel to explain that my wife was very sick, and we had to cancel. The man who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. Never ever will I even attempt to stay here. No money refunded, I swear the man didn't even have a heart!
Got the run around when trying to cancel my room. I made my reservation online, called the hotel to cancel. They informed me that I needed to call expedia. By this time the 2pm free cancelation time has expired and the free cancelation is now a 100% fee. Expedia called the hotel to see if the fee can be waived or discounted, the hotel denied. Customer service is non existent, lesson learned.
Room was tiny, but clean. Front desk man was obnoxious. Stayed for 15 minutes and that was enough for me to drive home to the Catskills. I will
not stay here again despite passing in often over the years.
