I was warned by all the recent negative reviews, but I needed a one-night reservation in the area and everything else was booked. Room smelled like the last time I stayed in a cheap Quality Inn. The lamp on the desk was missing its bulb, only decaf available for in-room coffee because regular was on "back order", hallway carpets looked dirty. Worst was some sort of motor going on and off all night. The desk sent someone from maintenance, who agreed it was there, probably in the ceiling or a room upstairs, but could not find the source and fix it. And the desk had no earplugs to give me.

Room tip: Make sure there's no motor noise before you try to sleep and request a different room!

The rooms should completely be condemned. Dirty, bathroom ceiling collapsing due to leaks, rooms smell like mildew. A/C barely works. One elevator, room keys constantly fail to work so you need to return to lobby in one elevator wait on line to have your key reprogrammed.

The room was extremely hot. It wasn’t just my room either. It was uncomfortable and the hall ways were also over 80 degrees.

There were only 2 towels in the bathroom as the dryer was broken or so they said.

Worst Hampton experience. Room smelled. Smallest shower ever. Only eggs available at the buffet. No half and half for the coffee. No meat. No bread. No yougurt. No fruit. Hampton Inn was my go to mid level hotel but I now have to reevaluate that decision.

Room service wasn’t present the pool wasn’t open the gym was small the location was all the way upstate I wish they had a shuttle so it would be easier to get there, food from the vending machines where expensive

Thank you for your comments. We take pride in providing a quality guest experience. We understand food and beverage are an important component of a guest's stay. As a Hampton Inn, we are known for our complimentary breakfast. Our hotel does not offer room service. We do have snacks and drinks on site, and these items are priced to reflect the convenience of immediate availability, similar to other locations. Our gym is consistent with the requirements for Hampton, and our indoor pool is open daily. We appreciate the opportunity to provide quality accommodations and amenities consistent with what guests have come to expect from the Hampton brand.
