Great accommodation. Clean. Courteous staff. Close to all tourist sites in the area. Shopping close by.

I am originally from Massena and always struggle with where to stay when I come back for family visits. I found my new go-to place!! It's not fancy (no pool and no breakfast), but I spend most of my time with family when there. The hotel was clean, clean, clean and smelled so good. The owners and staff were great people and so accommodating! Thank you!!

Overall, this hotel met my business needs for the week I was in Massena. The room was clean and even had a reclining chair which made up for not having an iron/ironing board in the room. Even the refrigerator was bigger than most dorm fridges you would see in a hotel room. I liked that it actually had a freezer section for my ice packs. Housekeeping cleaned my room every day, which is more than I am used to while on business trips and staying at any Hilton chain hotel. The drain was a little slow in the bathtub while taking a shower. I brought my own breakfast items to eat in my room as the breakfast choices offered were your basic cold cereal, yogurt and coffee and juice. Overall, if I had to come to Massena again for business I would stay here.
