We booked our flights back in July 2024 for January 2025 and got Blue Extra so we could choose our seats and the add'l perks it's supposed to come with. Chose an early afternoon flight. We get an email in August 2024 that our flight was changed to 10:00 in the morning. We agreed that that wasn't an issue. They also changed our seats from row 19 to row 14 which was fine.

Today I go in to look at my reservation and find they changed our seats. I'm in row 6 and my hubby is in row 34. Got on chat with them and they were unwilling to change us to two seats together because they were "preferred seats" with an add'l $80 charge per seat. That's all that was available together and they wouldn't do it. I paid extra so I could choose our seats and they went and changed it without any notification. I can't find where to email someone who has any ability to do anything. I am so pissed right now.

I will update when I actually take the flight.

JetBlue has the WORST customer service people in the world-- they call it escalation, which is what happens to your blood pressure when dealing with them.

Booked a high-cost MINT "first class ticket when they changed the flight time to a time that I could not allow to make my connection and they refused to issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Recommend a new ad for them:

JetBlue-- were you feel like you never left the ground because we treat you like DIRT!

Will never fly on JetBlue again!!

Agents at JFK was extremely insensitive and rude. We were trying to purchase a ticket for close to $1000 had made the line once had to retrieve some additional information from the previous airline and when we came back, we were forced to make the line again, which was over an hour weight and it resulted in us missing our flight.. a simple courteous attendant could’ve helped us recognize that we had hit the line already once for a total of two hours, but instead of despite we are forced to make the mind and miss our flight.

We chose to fly JetBlue, in spite of the high cost, because they had great reviews and a direct flight to our destination. This was a bad choice. After recurrent delays for seven (7 hours), during which we were told to get off the plane, and back on the plane and received constantly changing explanations for the delay, but no food, the flight finally took off. Efforts to secure a refund with multiple reasons for rejection. A big disappointment

Served cold food. It’s beyond me how a company believes it’s acceptable to serve their customers cold food. This was a potato tart of some sort and it was ice cold. Absolutely horrid. We are not animals. When I asked the flight attendant why it was so cold, she informed us that JetBlue serves it cold and it could not be warmed.
