Be very weary when booking any JetBlue flight. I have been a JetBlue customer since the very beginning. I would always highly recommend them. The decline has been considerable. Customer service has a surcharge of $25 dollars to speak to anyone. We booked our trip in January for July. We booked two direct flights round trip. JetBlue knew in February that a direct flight from San Diego wouldn’t have a plane in July. They booked us on a return flight from San Diego with a connecting flight through Boston to New York. We were in the air when JetBlue called my home to tell us the connecting flight was canceled to New York. When we landed, we found out we were now on a connecting flight to LaGuardia not JFK. Our luggage was left in Boston. We get an email that they hold no responsibility for the flight cancellation or our luggage not making it on our new flight. We had to drive back to the airport to pick up our luggage two hours later. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but there were many with similar and even worst horror stories about flights cancelled.

Last minute they told me that our tickets did not allow to have a carry-on. Why a bagpack was OK, but a bag on wheels the same size was not? I had to pay for a big bag check in. What a rip off! Also headphones were offered for a fee! I suggest that management start charging a fee for the use of the lavatory.

This is the worse company! I had a special trip due to my father passing and jet blue cancel me 2 times - first the cancel me on a Saturday from Fort Lauderdale but they were sending some people to Miami but to my family that we had to go due to very important event they did not bother to accommodate us. I was re schedule for Tuesday 25 same time at 5:30 pm and around 9 pm the flight was cancelled again — this is ridiculous !!! In addition I lost my trip to another place in Peru so I lost lot of money and jet blue said they won’t compensate me !!! As a frequent traveler No more jet blue !!! You should be responsible for the mentally damage and monetary damage. Even my son cancel his trip to Peru he did not want to travel again

Paid for my flight for our family Disney vacation 8 months in advance, 10 hours before our flight they cancel it. Called customer service 1+ hour on hold 2 separate occasions, they offer to book me on a flight two days later from LaGuardia, but would not make any accommodations to get to my vehicle from my return flight that they could not reschedule from EWR a week later. So book a flight and have no way to get back to my car? Asked for a supervisor, another 1 hour hold. Horrendous experience with JetBlue, and their customer service is terrible. Thank God, United came through and got me a flight, the next day- had to pay for new flight and apparently JetBlue would refund me in 2 weeks for my cancelled flight. Don’t think they did me a favor, it’s required by Federal statute for cancelled flights. Stay away from JetBlue

I was taken off flight 503 July 14 for laughing at jokes be told on the plane by to gentlemen that were talking loud in front of me an my wife..
