Paid for my flight for our family Disney vacation 8 months in advance, 10 hours before our flight they cancel it. Called customer service 1+ hour on hold 2 separate occasions, they offer to book me on a flight two days later from LaGuardia, but would not make any accommodations to get to my vehicle from my return flight that they could not reschedule from EWR a week later. So book a flight and have no way to get back to my car? Asked for a supervisor, another 1 hour hold. Horrendous experience with JetBlue, and their customer service is terrible. Thank God, United came through and got me a flight, the next day- had to pay for new flight and apparently JetBlue would refund me in 2 weeks for my cancelled flight. Don’t think they did me a favor, it’s required by Federal statute for cancelled flights. Stay away from JetBlue
