Paid for my flight for our family Disney vacation 8 months in advance, 10 hours before our flight they cancel it. Called customer service 1+ hour on hold 2 separate occasions, they offer to book me on a flight two days later from LaGuardia, but would not make any accommodations to get to my vehicle from my return flight that they could not reschedule from EWR a week later. So book a flight and have no way to get back to my car? Asked for a supervisor, another 1 hour hold. Horrendous experience with JetBlue, and their customer service is terrible. Thank God, United came through and got me a flight, the next day- had to pay for new flight and apparently JetBlue would refund me in 2 weeks for my cancelled flight. Don’t think they did me a favor, it’s required by Federal statute for cancelled flights. Stay away from JetBlue

I was taken off flight 503 July 14 for laughing at jokes be told on the plane by to gentlemen that were talking loud in front of me an my wife..

This airline has truly put my family through a lot of stress. Our flight was canceled due to the weather (which we understand was out of their control). They rebooked our flight in NY, an hour and 30 minutes away from us, without confirming or calling us. We were booked to go to FL from EWR (NJ). They changed our flights from NY to Boston and Boston to FL. We did not have anyone to drive us to NY, and they would not provide money for an Uber. The lady we spoke with was not helpful at all. She continued to try to schedule flights that departed from NY when we told her no one could drop us off. We are JetBlue Plus members, and she did not seem to care. We expressed the reason for our family trip, and she did not care. It was extremely hurtful and frustrating that this occurred when we needed to get to our grandmother ASAP. We officially HATE JetBlue because they inconvenience their customers. Very inconsiderate.

Flight cancelled, terrible communication, was just pushed around in a crowd of ppl with no idea what was going on, been waiting in line for hours, no need to book priority & pay for it bc they don’t make announcements at the airport and everyone will shove past you either way. I was giving it a second chance after they delayed me 12 hours on my last trip, served with a side of attitude and no response at all from customer service.

i was to board flight b6 148.
what had transpired today is not cool!

I got at the airport for my flight the doors was still opened and they didnt let me in! The email stated the plane left at 5:30. The time is now 6:20 pm and they are still here!
The security line was extremely long.
You guys did sent me a notification of the delay but didn't send me any notification about the gate changes! I was supposed to board at gate 3 reached there and the representative stated that the gate is d32. please bear in mind that d gates are not close together. I'm not the only one who had missed this flight. You guys don't need my money I am paying for a service. The representative at gate d32 was not nice at all. Never again I am booking with yall.
Yall need to be better for this
