There is an enormous difference between a hotel that allows pets and a hotel that is safe for your pet.
The rooms are pet-proofed; I saw no loose wires, nothing to gnaw on or spots for my small animal to get stuck in. I was very pleased and it was a huge stress relief.
I would suggest anyone travelling with kids or pets to consider Extended Stay America.

When me and my husband walked in, we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased! We stayed at an Extended Stay a while ago in another city and we were not pleased at all to say the least. It kind of left us with bad thoughts about all Extended Stays. THIS EXTENDED STAY IS SUBLIME! We will definitely come again!

My family and I have been staying at this hotel for the past month due to circumstances beyond our control. But during our time of trouble and panic, the staff here at Extended Stay Westage Center have all been so accommodating for us and have made this such an easy and stress free stay! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The entire staff are all so friendly and we really couldn’t ask for more!
They have taken ALL of the covid precautions seriously and all of the staff lead by example wearing masks, providing hand sanitizer, keeping social distancing protocols in order, and that’s just to name a few of the policies that they have put in place to ensure everyone’s health and safety! In a time of unending confusion and stress, it’s really comforting knowing that the safety and health of my family while staying here is always at the forefront of the staff’s mind while they’re working and it’s one less thing that I have to worry about!
Management is AMAZING! The manager we have dealt with, Christina, has exceeded our expectations! Not only extremely personable but also a great leader and very knowledgeable! She has made this the easiest and most comfortable stay we have ever had! She’s also SUPER FRIENDLY!!!! The customer service here really is fantastic and it’s something that has made our stay here so much better!
We couldn’t ask for a better hotel or better staff! Convenient location, top notch customer service with staff who really do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is relaxing, fun and stress/worry free!!

Great service from a friendly staff. Location great for commute to Westchester and shopping in this area is convenient. Medical buildings nearby offer many services. The rooms have all you need for a long stay. I liked the mini kitchen set up. Ask for Normis the team lead or Christina the general manager and you will get the help you need.

Original review: Booked a few nights for our company's men to stay in town where they were working on a job site. The first time we used this hotel there was no issue. The second time we stayed was a catastrophe. Our men last minute needed to stay overnight. Our administration team was at home without most office resources. Normally we book online then fax an authorization form for a company credit card so the men do not have to pay. When working from home our administrator didn't have access to a fax. They tried to do it over the phone but they said it wasn't allowed to be done verbally, understandable. When asked if the form could be emailed they said yes but only a manager has access and there wasn't one on site (6pm and no manager on site?!). The woman at the desk gave them a number to their sister location on the other side of the highway and said the assistant manager Erin should be on location there. When they called them and explained the reason for calling and that they needed the manager, the girl proceeded to relay the questions to the manager who could be heard in the background instead of letting them talk directly to her. She told them to fill out the authorization form online. Our office has its own authorization form we use for our records so they said they would prefer to email it. The manager (in the background after the girl on the phone once again just relayed the questions instead of handing over the phone) said they could not do that and it was against policy. Except, the week before, our company had done exactly this with NO issue. We use our own form for every hotel we book with no issue. They tried telling the manager this but the girl would not relay that message to the manager and just kept telling them to go online. It took over an hour to make a single reservation for two men staying in one room for two nights. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update: Two days after our men stayed, our company received emailed receipts for hotel guests that were NOT with our company. These receipts show names and personal addresses along with all charges made to those customers and their credit card information. So on top of bad customer service, your information will also be mishandled. Buyer beware!!!
