Castle Stuart is a relatively recent addition to the Moray courses, and what a singer it is. Real thought has gone into the excellent practice facilities, course and club house which has been accompanied by the recruitment of really excellent staff in all areas. We received an excellent welcome, guided to the various facilities, introduced to the course by an excellent starter and feed very well in the clubhouse.
The course is well laid out along the Moray Firth making the most of the natural terrain and views. The strokesaver has a humorous tone in describing the holes. This is a tricky course but a fair test of golf putting a premium on accurate approach shots as the holes narrow toward the greens. Real variety in the holes makes for a really interesting and challenging - great to see hazards making next shots tricky, rather than by simply swallowing good balls. Couple of significant climbs between the two levels of the course.
The food in the clubhouse was excellent and the view from the locker rooms is simply stunning.
Thoroughly recommend a visit

I am very glad to have returned again this year. The course remains one of the most beautiful in Scotland; the conditioning is excellent and the clubhouse and services could not be better. It is a true gem!

We played as a 4 ball and we all raved about the course the facilities and of course the great scenery.
This is by far one of the best courses we have all played and would definitely like to go back again .

Fantastic golf course with wonderful views and lots of variety. It is ranked in the 60 in the world so it's a premium experience but also a premium cost. It's also in impeccable condition
