Overpriced small hotel with a great pool but that's about it not very clean with unchanged bed sheets and bathroom floor towels breakfast was OK especially the beef tapa Good place for a wedding but all in all boring place but with good front office service Way way overpriced this hotel is not worth morae than P1500 all in max per night
The Hotel is too old, everything inside the hotel room are old, the breakfast is disgusting. What i paid for the hotel whicn is 4,900 something for a deluxe room that ia too small and old. Its NOT WORTH IT.
We check in last November 02-03, 2018 with my family at Terrace Hotel in Subic, our room is Executive Terrace. The service is poor, the elevator was so dirty. They did not even mention the welcome drinks & we have to make follow up before claiming the drinks. The room was not cozy and too dark too!. There were no bath robs, the vault is locked. The shower has no hot water ( staff are telling us it's malfunctioning). The headboard of our bed is filthy, no comb, shaver, & tissue too!. There were no extra pillow. My wife requested 2 pillows & told us that there were no available pillow. Definitely not coming back...
The deciding factor for me to book this hotel is their rooftop pool, second is their location... near to dutyfree shops, from here you can walk to Harbor Point. There's a 7/11 beside this hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok, not a wow.
Simple request on bringing in food which is not available in their resto was not granted and made us consume the newly bought food outside the hotel. Even our leftovers were not allowed to be brought inside the hotel. So inconsiderate.
