Had the privilege to enjoy a few days at the resort to recharge. Staff is warm and very attentive to guest needs. Didn't make it into the wave pool, however, I did relax in the main pool several times. Loved being able to have masseuses come to our room for well deserved treatments! Looking forward to the next visit!

We stayed for a total of three nights- sat-sun and mon-wed. We decided to extend our stay since my son was enjoying himself so much with the slides and pool.
Check-in: very strict with 2 o clock check in. We were given the same room when we returned (after an overnight trip at Acea) but we were hoping they would offer an upgrade when we extended since it wasn’t very packed on weekdays, I even requested for them to just allow us to stay in the same room, they wanted to give us the same type of room but on the second floor. I mean, don’t you appreciate that we’re extending? You didn’t have many guests, we know that.
Cleanliness: not bad but could be better especially the bathroom. Spider web and dusts were on the upper walls and ceiling.
Breakfast: we appreciate that there was bacon. But there was a little confusion with the charging of my 6 six year old’s breakfast
Pool: Nice and clean. The lifeguard was very nice and polite.

This is definitely a perfect example of how everything looks better in pictures. We got 4 villa rooms and 2 regular rooms. We were informed that occupancy was strictly for 2 persons so we had to pay extra for any excess. Prices were reasonable at 330/person for a mattress of 550/person for a mattress with a metal bed frame. The villas are spacious and the double beds can fit up to 2 people each but since you already pay for an extra mattress then might as well use it. Aircon is very cold which is great! They have kitchen facilities which is also great but as we were on vacation we prefer not to be cooking our own meals. There is breakfast for 2 included in the price of the room and extra person is just 380+/person. Of course, don’t expect food to be good, it’s not all bad but in fairness to them it was all you can eat. Would I recommend this place to others? Well, if you have other options then I suggest taking other BETTER options but if not, it’s not so bad. Kids did enjoy swimming and using the slides.
