This may be one of our favorite restaurants in Ruidoso. We had the Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas topped with Sour cream and green chili sauce and for desert the apple pie enchiladas topped with icecream. The food was hot and outstanding. Faith was our waitress and she was polite, friendly and provided great service throughout our dinner. The manager and assistant manager also came by to make sure we were pleased with our meal. We cannot wait for our next trip to Ruidoso to eat here again.

We've lived in Ruidoso 40 plus years and have experienced lots of ups and downs with Casa Blanca. Tonight topped it all. Waited 1 hour for seating for birthday dinner. We finally were seated by the back door designated for handicapped access. We asked several times to be moved to a warmer location. After 3 requests we were told no. Suffered the ridiculous cold and will not return
The "hostess" was so disinterested in our needs, overwhelmed with tourist business. So... we will not be giving them our local vudiness again. So disgusted, oh, the bill was $250.00. Really?

This is probably my favorite place to eat in Ruidoso. It’s built on the side of a hill above the road, with the result that inside it twists from room to room like a zany English pub; each room, furthermore, is at a different level, which makes it even more eccentric. Some of the views, especially from the patio, are wonderful. The margaritas and food are great. I especially recommend the fried green chili strips for an appetizer. You can get All Things Green Chili here, and no matter how little you think you’ve ordered, you’ll have plenty left to take home. Parking is a mess, though, so you want to avoid the most popular dining times.

Oddly enough, my wife and I came to Ruidoso and had a lovely experience at our favorite restaurant, the Texas Club. We then made our way to our second choice, Casa Blanca. Little did we know the same GM of Texas Club is also the GM of Casa Blanca. We were stunned when we saw his face. When our server was a bit slow, he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. He made us feel very invited. Not that we needed a reason, but we can’t wait to return to have more chats with him. Even between both restaurants, he’s able to make time for his newborn baby. It’s people like him that make our small town ruidoso experiences so unforgettable.
