The first day at Phu Quoc island. Atmosphere is awesome. Fresh food and relatively cheap at Nemo restaurant. For 2 people there is 399,000 VND. The buffet for 1 person in Hanoi.

The drawback here is the taxi service from airport which cost us 150,000 VND for 6.4 km to Famiana Resort and Spa. Please be award to ask hotel to pick up you. It's free in Famiana Resort.

This is a very beautiful island with of golden sand and the water is definitely GREAT. We enjoyed shopping at night market and fishing cuttle. Phu Quoc National Park is also a great place to explore.

Phu Quoc has three main directions: North Island, South Island and Easter Island. Usually visitors often take 3 days to discover the all direction of this island

It's a little bit far away from the town of Duong Dong to the North of Phu Quoc, the road is quite bad, to save costs and time for sightseeing, you should go by motorcycle. Price of rentals 120,000 / day. Remember to bring water and some snacks to eat along the way. Full of gasoline for your motorbike if you do not want to leave it at halfway
The most famous sights of the South Island is Phu Quoc prison. Prison is no longer held prisoner. It was restored to the prison museum with the models represent for different kinds of torture, barbed wire, tiger cages .... This museum is open from 8am - 11:30 and from 13:30 - 17 pm daily
Suoi Tranh and Khem beaches attract tourists with two different angles. Suoi Tranh is a beauty streams originating from Ham Ninh mountain range with three-story waterfall flowing down in the cool air as a pleasant autumn day in Dalat. And Cream beach (beach Khem) is one of the beautiful beaches and romantic with the blue of the sea and waves. The highlight of Island Eastern is Dinh Cau night market where you buy souvenirs, enjoy many kinds of cakes and candies, fresh seafood. There are two or more such farms on the island. Before you enter the 'showroom' you can have a 'demonstration' on how pearls are farmed and 'manipulated' for growth. Mine was interesting and informative with NO high pressure sales pitch. Show room was dazzling!
