I stayed for 9 nights and it was really good experience and for sure whenever I comeback I’ll stay there again.
I like the staff there all of them are well trained professionals and friendly and also the security guards as well, Just 5 mins walk to SM mall and 10 mins to Ayala.

The room we have was downstairs as my husband has a walking issue. The suite that we have was very nice. It was a huge room like a studio, big bed, sitting area and dining area and sink and counter with dishes provided for you to use. We both loved the ambiance of the room and have a huge flat screen TV and lots of channels to choose. The only issue I have was the shower was leaking. We have hot water issues but it was fixed right away. The shower area can use some fixing. The towels are very old. If you wet the face towels you be scared to put it on your face. My dish cloth in my kitchen are even cleaner looking than their towels. They need to put bleach on their towels so it will look clean white not gray. They may not want to bleach the green logo, but I rather have a clean looking towels than have a logo. With all these issues we encountered, we still have a nice stay and will surely come back. The people at the front desk are very nice and friendly. They always smile and greet you when they see you and also the guard he's very nice.

We arrived at Olongapo and stayed for 3 nights at the Subic Residencias. We were all greeted with big smiles by all the caring and happy staff members. Special recognition goes to Ellaine who helped us all very efficiently with our rooms and many of our enquiries about the area, organising taxi, information on bus schedule and many more. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely coming back again.

Considering that we only paid around 40 usd for one night I wasn’t expecting much. Location wise, not the best neighborhood at night, but located near SM. There’s only 3 parking spaces in the hotel, which are usually taken so you have to park your car on the street. (At least I did) My room was a nice size, aircon very loud. My shower clogged after about 3 minutes. I was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. I Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient place, relatively affordable, clean and attractive interior. The staff are warm, courteous, patient, efficient and obviously well trained. However, the usual items offered by hotels (e.g. toiletries, water, slippers) had to be requested at a price. Our rooms could have been located in the ground floor considering that majority in our group are senior citizens and PWDs. The hotel staff nonetheless did a great job in securing our bags in the concierge while we were out.
