We arrived at Olongapo and stayed for 3 nights at the Subic Residencias. We were all greeted with big smiles by all the caring and happy staff members. Special recognition goes to Ellaine who helped us all very efficiently with our rooms and many of our enquiries about the area, organising taxi, information on bus schedule and many more. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely coming back again.

Considering that we only paid around 40 usd for one night I wasn’t expecting much. Location wise, not the best neighborhood at night, but located near SM. There’s only 3 parking spaces in the hotel, which are usually taken so you have to park your car on the street. (At least I did) My room was a nice size, aircon very loud. My shower clogged after about 3 minutes. I was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. I Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient place, relatively affordable, clean and attractive interior. The staff are warm, courteous, patient, efficient and obviously well trained. However, the usual items offered by hotels (e.g. toiletries, water, slippers) had to be requested at a price. Our rooms could have been located in the ground floor considering that majority in our group are senior citizens and PWDs. The hotel staff nonetheless did a great job in securing our bags in the concierge while we were out.

This should be a perfect score but the aircon is not cold enough and ref is not functioning. Area is very near SM and Harbor point mall. Parking is quite limited but security guards are very helpful in parking.

At the very heart of this vibrant city (Olongapo, Philippines), three days accommodations have reminded so much of home. The unit is comfortably spacious, cooling unit was also comfortably soothing, and the overall layout the the place had just that very rustic home vibes. Clean, quiet, and very homely.
