Lovely setting for dinner and range of tables inside and out. I sat near the sea and enjoyed fantastic food and drinks as a walk-in guest. They specialise in Mexican, Spanish and Filipino dishes. Save some room for a desert, the coconut ice cream is to die for. Stayed and washed it down with a San Miguel beer or two. A little pricey but worth it in my experience!!

I visited Playa Papagayo Cantina Mexicana for dinner ... they have a separate vegetarian menu with half a dozen vegetarian options ... I was able to arrange for enchiladas and a tortilla to be veganized ... very nice setting overlooking Subic Bay ... the restaurant was clean and the staff helpfull

Went there for a late lunch with a friend, we sat outside right at the beach front. Nice view but only one small problem is there probably will be lots of locals walk pass trying to sell you souvenirs, they are all easy going tho, just simply telling them no you don't want it then they will not keep bothering you.

We ordered a caesar salad, veggie quesadilla, Filipino fried chicken and a beef stew with rice. We waited almost an hour for our food, it is pretty normal in Subic as almost everywhere we went for meal, it took ages for them to prepared.

Salad was a bit small in size, quesadilla and beef stew were nice but the fried chicken wasn't well cooked, still got some blood in there.

After our meal, it started to rain so staffs helped us to move inside and kept us as long as we wanted. Pretty well service!

Beautiful little restaurant with nice view and good food. Little bit hiding inside of hotel yard and not too many tables.

I visited in September 2016 with a Philippine girlfriend who had a seafood dish ... the restaurant is right on the beach and of a night the atmosphere is exceptional ... the restaurant is clean, the food quality and quantity is good, the cost was reasonable and the staff very attentive and helpfull
