Second time staying here and chose the “Lagoon Wing” which has nicer rooms. The restaurant is good and room service quick. For this area I haven’t seen a better more friendly layout for a hotel/resort. It is in the heart of the ‘action’ but when at the resort it has its own little world feel. Nice pool and staff.
The resort was lovely, and I will stay at the property again when visiting. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the grounds were well-maintained—the centerpiece of the property are the pools.
Hotel is in a good location near Walking Street and other nightlife. The staff are friendly and helpful and meals are good. Rooms are clean and spacious, but we did have issues with the bathroom: faulty light (which was eventually replaced) and the water was sometimes discoloured or smelt bad. Wi-Fi is good in the restaurant / pool / reception area, but we had connectivity issues in the room. Swimming pools were very good.
Location is close to the SM Mall with direct bus service from Term 3 at NAIA (MNL) airport. Also close to restaurants and bars and the infamous "Walking Street." Front desk service very helpful. Accommodations are fine and good for the price. If you need an overnight in Angeles this may be a good choice.
The tub was filthy and stained, water boqiling hot only, towels are nasty torn and used up. no small towels for gym or facial. Electricity goes out and generator has none. Stay away from elevators or you'll be stuck. The gym is only 3 dumbbells and threadmills that do not work. You'll get whatever they have not what you booked.
