Ok first I am really speechless about how wonderful this hotel and its staff is... to begin with I booked it for my gf to propose her for marriage..as I am far from her so we did online..but I emailed hotel about payment assistance, surprise package preparation and OMG!! They did out of the universe wonderful work...first there room look exactly how it is in picture , everything picture perfect, they were under staffed but superb ownership taken by Rolyn (staff) and Kisha( staff ) with the most effective communication, they're mind blowing and super helpful...omg because of them and outstanding leadership by Kris (manager) and the surprise from him made my surprise so special and OMG!! She said yes ...♥️ this is dream hotel for me and my family and friends .. so my message to everyone "this is the best hotel .. just book ..every cent you spend it absolutely worth it...you'll be happily surprised", each member of staff and management is like a army on their own ... getting emotional here ..but awesome work ..happy new year to everyone there. The environment (pool and building) was good, but the shower in the room was weak and cold. Staffs were all nice and friendly, but sometimes they were with their private friends and gather around the table besides counter to have food and talks, when no customer around counter. It makes feel they are not focusing on their job.

Everything is good with this hotel. Stayed 3 nights, no complains, except for the hot shower and meals menu. Not much variety on foods available for room service, and the hot shower kept changing from hot to cold-cold to hot. They gotta check on that. Other than these, its a wonderful hotel with friendly staff's.
