Everything is good with this hotel. Stayed 3 nights, no complains, except for the hot shower and meals menu. Not much variety on foods available for room service, and the hot shower kept changing from hot to cold-cold to hot. They gotta check on that. Other than these, its a wonderful hotel with friendly staff's.

If you want to relax with your friends this place is good.
Decent size room, decor is minimal so you have more room if there are 3 adults.
Pro: quiet , parking , friendly staff.
Con: if you wanna walk from the hotel to roam around the area its very dark

I have stayed at Winds Boutique Hotel numerous times. Although I have had to try other places nearby when WB has been full, I keep coming back.

It is streets ahead of anywhere else. Great, spacious and clean rooms and super friendly staff. The place to stay in Angeles City

An amazing experience start to finish. Lovely rooms. Staff are incredible! What a diamond in the rough. Receptionists are hot too! Always a bonus! I’d recommend the massages also, very professional and enjoyable.

stayed 3 nights on trial, having stayed in many other hotels in AC. Curious about the high rating! in a few words, not a total disappointment considering the price value, but i'll point out the following improvements that would help a lot:
1. I cannot open a Paypal account and the hotel cannot accept credit cards to guarantee reservation. That's a no-no in this day n age!
2. No restaurant on premises so offer limited to Paninis (any time) and a short breakfast menu. Some more effort needs to be put into this to satisfy since restaurants are a short ride away, but who wants to bother??
3. water pressure is less than desirable - pls fix it; by the way, lighting in the bathroom is awful. A couple of hooks to hang personal clothing/towels would be helpful
Other than these, staff were friendly and courteous, hardware in general ok for the price you pay

Room tip: upper floor
