Excellent bar and restaurant service
Room is very cold with only a sheet for cover.
The front staff are excellent and the coffee shop is good. The staff are good and friendly
I refuse to sign the paper from reception with a long list of Do not.
In 50 years all over the world I have never had a disclaimer to be signed
This was my first time making a reservation on agora or booking.com and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go.
Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have.
Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!
Fourth time staying at Prime Asia and although it is still a nice place with lovely staff they no longer have a workable gym and now they dont even have sunloungers around the pool. It caters to purely Asian clientele and if you enjoy relaxing in the sun you will need to lie on the floor or sit in a chair.
Disappointing. Will stay elsewhere in future sadly.
Inability to make reservations directly because flaw in hotels computer system was directed to use agoda app which increased price by 22 percent. Otherwise hotel is clean and in excellent location close to restaurants

The hotel staff were accommodating and responsive to requests. Despite short notice/booking and late check-in, our family was well accommodated.
The hotel room was good and spacious enough for a family of four. The beddings and sheets were comfortable. Basic toiletries were provided. The 24-hour restaurant was also a good thing. My kid also enjoyed swimming at the pool. The price was reasonable, too.
Our stay was good for the most part. We’re grateful also to the courteous and accommodating hotel staff.
