Great staff that were amiable, knowledgeable and attentive. Convenient location close to SM Clark, Main Gate and Koreatown. Reasonable rates with discounts if you sign up to be a member. Comfy beds but could use more pillows and rubber mattings in the bathroom floor. But overall, a very good stay for me, my wife and toddler.

All are good except for the long strands of hair I found in the bed in the first time of my check-in. The hotel staff are very friendly, accommodating and courteous. The booking reservation with Red Planet is convenient.

Do not stay here unless you have no other choice, first time I stayed here the walk in the room was vibrating as it seems like there were pipes fitted right behind the headboard of the bed.
Second time after a whole day out I decided to get sone sleep in the afternoon. Couldn’t sleep as they were testing the fire alarm which kept in going off every 20 mins.
I finally went to the front desk at was informed that they’d be testing it until 5pm. Which meant there were a few hours more of it to go off intermittently.
Ms Jane behind the desk couldn’t answer any of my questions as to why they needed a 3 hour period of testing the fire alarm.
Staff are typical, can’t give you an answer. You get what you pay for. If you want budget the price is good but be prepared for no consideration wether you sleep or not.
If you have an important schedule don’t risk loosing sleep here. It’a my second time. First time wasn’t as bad as the second. Thought it was just a one off.
Location is not bad. Parking not bad.
Bathroom clean at least.
I don’t expect anything to be done to put this right from a hotel with such low standards.

Our hotel is on a scheduled improvement of Fire Alarm system for the entire building. We have put up signages to inform our guest of the said activity and we apologize if our staff was not able to inform you verbally upon check in. This activity however is to ensure that you our valued guest are safe with us during your entire stay. As early detection and warning in the event of fire can prevent injuries and potential loss of life.
I hope you could give us a chance to make it up to you and still consider our property on your future stays.

Nice rooms, with nice beds and very clean. Easy to get to and quite a bit of things close. The price was really good and the staff were all very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.
